Mims Christmas Tree Lot

Extremely helpful as I debated about which tree to purchase. Secured it to the top of my car, unlike many other places in Auburn and Opelika!! Friendly and obviously appreciated customers’ business!

I can only assume the two men was father and son both was extremely rude and act as if they had something else better to do with their time. They both seemed more concerned about a young kid with a loud truck in the mall parking lot and calling the cops on him than helping their customers. Needless to say we decided to get a tree else where. Don't waste your time tress overpriced anyways

Customer service is great. The people are great. But during a time where inflation is high, and money is hard, I would think I could get a nice, 8ft tree for less than $150. VERY EXPENSIVE!!! Disappointing.

My family and I walked up and picked out a tree in less than 10 min. They had really pretty ones. We asked for assistance and received help in less than 10 seconds. They were super friendly. I definitely recommend.

The older gentleman working this was very kind. However, the younger guy he had with him was the complete opposite. I could tell getting us a tree was the least of his worries. It may have not been the best time to get one with it raining a little but I am bad about looking at weather. I got in the truck to pull it up closer and I guess he didn’t know my window was down and I heard him say to the older gentleman “If I’m out here getting wet, they can too” not 100% sure this comment was made toward us. But with his attitude I’m sure it was. After paying as much as I did for this tree a better attitude would’ve been appreciated.
